Short Breaks are available outside of peak season

Please note a deposit of 25% is required when booking which is non-refundable. The remaining payment is due 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

A refundable security deposit of £70 per booking is also required 4 weeks prior to holiday start date. This will be refunded promptly after the caravan has been checked for damage or loss. Any damage/loss will be deducted from this deposit.

We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance for your stay as we will not be responsible for any accidents, personal loss or injury.

Passcards for use of the entertainment facilities and can be purchased directly from reception and are not include in the caravan rental price.

The caravan holds current gas and electrical safety certificate.

Gas and electricity is included in the cost of the holiday, however excessive use may incur an additional charge.
